Mawartoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the full terms governing use of the mawartoto platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated here.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia and cover all activities on the platform, including account registration, financial transactions, and the use of any games or sports betting features.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the mawartoto platform, users are required to register an account with complete and accurate personal details, including full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. Users may not register more than one account.
Any information that is false, incomplete, or misleading may result in the account being suspended or closed without notice. mawartoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless proven otherwise.

Platform Terms of Use

- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Using another person's account or opening multiple accounts
- Any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Keeping your account information current and accurate at all times
- Play responsibly and within your own means
- Comply with the age requirement — only users aged 18 and above are permitted
- Report any technical issues or suspicious transactions

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the mawartoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may deposit using available local payment methods, including FPX and supported digital wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for each transaction are subject to the prevailing policy and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. mawartoto is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by the user's bank or any third-party payment service provider.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account details are entered correctly. Any losses resulting from incorrect information are entirely the user's responsibility. For a first withdrawal, identity verification may be required as an additional security measure. Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals will be processed according to the scheduled timeline.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mawartoto are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must fulfil these requirements before withdrawing any bonus-related funds. Misuse of the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and further action taken against the account.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Mawartoto is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding availability or the accuracy of information.
Mawartoto's maximum liability to any user is limited to the account balance held at the time the claim is made.
Mawartoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform in any way. Users may also request account closure by contacting the support team.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be subject to further review before a refund can be issued. mawartoto's decision in such matters is final.
All content on the mawartoto platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of mawartoto or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. The mawartoto name and brand are registered trademarks and are protected accordingly.
